Include the house wall, door threshold and neighboring yard in your photos. Describe where water comes from and where it goes. Those details are useful even if the area is dry at the time.

Restoring a useful surface profile is different from repairing a drainage system. A plan needs to account for the slab, nearby foundations, thresholds and the intended water route. The existing slab may also have cracks or surface wear that lifting will not remove.

What method does Randy use?
Randy and Mud Dog Jacking LLC currently use traditional cement-based mudjacking. Foam and PolyLevel installation are not offered through this website.
What affects the estimate?
The slab condition, lift objective, access and space beneath the slab all matter. Ask which surfaces are included, what restrictions apply and how unexpected conditions would be handled.
Will the concrete look new afterward?
Lifting changes a suitable slab's position. Existing cracks, surface wear and patched access holes may remain visible. Discuss the expected appearance before approving the work.

Pavers and poured slabs are different.
Individual pavers have joints and a separate supporting bed. Mudjacking of a poured slab is a different repair from resetting pavers.
