Who performs the work?
Concrete lifting services requested through Utah Concrete Lifting are provided by Mud Dog Jacking LLC. Randy uses traditional mudjacking, a cement-based approach to raising suitable settled concrete. Foam lifting is not currently offered through this website.
From the first assessment through the written work agreement, it is important to know who is responsible for the project. Discuss the scope, scheduling, restrictions and any warranty terms directly with Mud Dog Jacking before authorizing work.
A useful conversation before a repair
A settled slab can have more than one explanation. Its condition, access, support and relationship to nearby surfaces should inform the recommendation. Some concrete can be lifted; other situations call for replacement or specialist investigation.
